Awesome Tip: What Every Teenager Needs to Hear | Talk With Chattanooga Students

Every teacher I had in school said I would be a loser.

I’m not mad at them for thinking that … it was just the time I grew up in. If you didn’t have good grades, you weren’t going to make it in life.

But I knew who I was. I knew that I was a businessman, so I decided to “punt” school and focus on doing what I loved.

In this video, I talk more about the advice I have for kids and teenagers going through the school environment today … check it out and let me know your thoughts below!

  1. let me guess you are going to talk about how the school is wrong, to follow your passion, take the risk, work hard, and get rich. I've heard it a million times before it's always predictable. Not saying it's not my play though 😉

  2. It doesn't really matter how he thinks, like he said himself, you need to be self aware of who you are and who your going to be and and to be extra, how you think and act.

  3. Wow. I didn’t even realize that when I was 12 I made $600 selling slime at my school. 11 selling squishing at my school and made $60. And 12 selling stress balls and made $100. And I loved it. I didn’t even care abt the money I wasn’t even saving up for anything. I just loved the feeling of being successful and the climb to get there. I am 14 and have never found my passion and this might be it. Thank you

  4. You are bang on Gary Vee I wish I would have had the internet as a child but the past can't be changed and the children of today do have the world in their hands whether it's good or bad keep up the good work your definitely teaching these youngsters a good life lesson

  6. About four years ago I was in sixth grade I was told that I was stupid one day by the teacher… now after ignoring that teacher and striving to become a successful actor… I am 15 and going to graduate this year.
